There’s just something about the farm, food, and family of this particular Garfield Christmas special that holds up after all these years.

I’m sure there’s been updated versions, but this is the one that feels like Christmas.

Garfield is awaken from his sleep and dreads going to the Arbuckle home for Christmas.

But Garfield’s surly exterior warms up when he meets a feisty and no nonsense grandma who is tough, but is also capable of feeling feelings.

Even though it’s just a cartoon, you gotta give it up to mama Arbuckle for the Christmas feast.

One of the great holiday classics.
